He was until 2009 the President of Rio Tinto Atlantic covering the Simondou Project in Guinea, West Africa. From 2001 to 2008 David was Managing Director of Rio Tinto's iron ore businesses in WA, covering Hamersley Iron and Robe River, and in 2001 he was Chief Executive Officer of Rössing Uranium Limited in Namibia responsible for annual sales of over 5 Mlbs of uranium oxide to power utilities worldwide. Len Jubber Len also worked for seven years with Oceana Gold Limited, ultimately becoming Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Director of the company. Prior to Oceana Gold, Len spent eight years in southern Africa with Rössing Uranium Limited, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto and operator of the Rössing uranium mine, which is located less than 20 kilometres to the northeast of Bannerman's Etango Project. Len holds a degree in engineering and a post graduate degree in business administration. |

Ronnie Beevor Ronnie has more than 30 years experience in investment banking and held the position of Head of Investment Banking at NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited between 1997 and 2002. During his career, Ronnie has had extensive involvement in the natural resources industry, in Australia and internationally. Formerly a Director of Oxiana Limited, which successfully developed the Sepon gold-copper project in Laos, as well as the Prominent Hill copper-gold project in South Australia. Ronnie is a Senior Advisor to Gryphon Partners. Honours Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University in the UK and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1972. |

Clive Jones Clive has more than 22 years experience in mineral exploration across a diverse range of commodities, including gold, base metals, mineral sands, uranium and iron ore. Clive is one of the founders of the Company's Etango Project in Namibia, in which he and another associate retain an interest of 20 per cent in Bannerman Mining Resources (Namibia) Pty Ltd, the owner of the Etango Project. |

Peter Kerr Peter is an Australian Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience in the mining industry in Australia and Canada. He has held senior corporate and finance positions with companies in the gold and base metals sectors, including Teck Cominco Ltd and Northern Gold NL, the latter being an ASX-listed company which Peter, as Managing Director, built up from 2002 before it was acquired by Canadian company GBS Gold International Inc. via a public takeover offer in 2006. |

John Turney John has overall responsibility for the development of the Etango Project, reporting directly to the CEO, Mr Len Jubber. John has more than 35 years experience in the resources industry. John has worked for mining and engineering companies in Australia and North America. While at Homestake Mining Company and Barrick Gold Corporation, he worked in mining and milling operations and project development in the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and Africa. Prior to joining Bannerman, John was General Manager Leaching at Bateman Engineering, based in Australia. In the past ten years, Mr Turney led the successful development of the Cowal gold project in Australia and the Tulawaka gold project in Tanzania, as well as other development and capital project roles for both Homestake and Barrick. |

glen smith Glen is a professional Company Secretary with a Commerce degree from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. He has been a qualified Chartered Secretary since 2006. Glen previously worked as Company Secretary of ASX listed automated fare collection company ERG Limited after initially being appointed Assistant Company Secretary in 2004. Prior to this, Glen held company secretarial positions for a number of small technology companies and was a compliance assistant for a responsible entity managing a number of managed investment schemes. |

leigh-ayn absolom Leigh-Ayn is a qualified Chartered Accountant with public practice and mining industry experience. She has a Commerce degree from the University of Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with Deloitte in 2003. Since 2006, Leigh-Ayn worked as the Group Financial Accountant with ASX-listed iron ore development company, Murchison Metals Ltd. Prior to this, she was an Audit Manager with Deloitte Perth, Australia and Johannesburg, South Africa |
