Ronnie has more than 30 years experience in investment banking and held the position of Head of Investment Banking at NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited between 1997 and 2002. During his career, Ronnie has had extensive involvement in the natural resources industry, in Australia and internationally. Formerly a Director of Oxiana Limited, which successfully developed the Sepon gold-copper project in Laos, as well as the Prominent Hill copper-gold project in South Australia, Ronnie is a Senior Advisor to Gryphon Partners, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered PLC.

Len Jubber
BEng (Civil), MBA
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Len has more than 20 years international experience in the minerals industry. Immediately prior to joining Bannerman, Len was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Perilya Limited from May 2005 to March 2008, during a period of record profitability for the base metals miner.
Len also worked for seven years with Oceana Gold Limited, ultimately becoming Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Director of the company. Prior to Oceana Gold, Len spent eight years in southern Africa with Rössing Uranium Limited, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto and operator of the Rössing uranium mine, which is located less than 20 kilometres to the northeast of Bannerman's Etango Project. Len holds a degree in engineering and a post graduate degree in business administration.

Clive Jones
BAppSc(Geology), M.AusIMM
Non-Executive Director

Clive has more than 22 years experience in mineral exploration across a diverse range of commodities, including gold, base metals, mineral sands, uranium and iron ore. Clive is one of the original vendors of the Company's Etango Project in Namibia, in which he and another associate retain an interest of 20 per cent in Bannerman's subsidiary, Bannerman Mining Resources (Namibia) Pty Ltd, the owner of the Etango Project.

David tucker

David has more than 40 years of experience in mining and exploration, including 20 years working as an exploration geologist, the first 10 of which were within the uranium sector with United Uranium NL, Noranda Australia, the Australian Atomic Energy Commission and Esso Australia Limited.
David was formerly responsible for business development, public affairs and investor relations for Homestake Gold of Australia, was Director of Corporate Affairs for Barrick Australia Pacific, and Director of Homestake's Australian subsidiaries, Barrick Mining Company (Australia) and Barrick Gold of Australia.

Ian Burvill
BE (Mech), MBA, MIEAust, CPEng, MAusIMM, GAICD 
Non-Executive Director

Mr Burvill is a Senior Vice President of private equity fund manager Resource Capital Funds (“RCF”) and has over 25 years of mining industry experience, starting as a mechanical engineer in the design and construction of mineral process plants. In representing RCF, Mr Burvill has acted as a non-executive director of a number of mining companies including Pan Australian Resources NL (now PanAust Limited, ASX: PNA), Highlands Pacific Limited (ASX: HIG) and Murchison Metals Ltd (ASX: MMX). Ian has also worked as an Associate Director of Rothschild Australia Limited, providing project finance for mining projects.

John Turney

Project Advisor – Etango

John has more than 35 years experience in the resources industry. John has worked for mining and engineering companies in Australia and North America. While at Homestake Mining Company and Barrick Gold Corporation, he worked in mining and milling operations and project development in the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and Africa. Prior to joining Bannerman, John was General Manager Leaching at Bateman Engineering, based in Australia. In the past ten years, Mr Turney led the successful development of the Cowal gold project in Australia and the Tulawaka gold project in Tanzania, as well as other development and capital project roles for both Homestake and Barrick.

werner ewald
BEng(Electrical), MBA
General Manager - Namibia

Werner has more than 25 years experience in the diamond, coal and uranium mining industries. Prior to joining Bannerman Resources, Werner was Mine Manager at Rössing Uranium Mine in Namibia. During 2001 and 2003 he worked at the Tarong Coal Mine in Queensland, Australia as Business Improvement Manager. Werner has worked in the diamond industry at Namdeb and the in the underground diamonds mines in South Africa.

 

ROBERT DALTON
BA (Hons), FCCA, AFIN
Financial Controller and Company Secretary

Robert has more than 13 years of experience in auditing, accounting and secretarial roles.  He commenced his career at an international accounting firm and has had significant exposure to the resources sector. His most recent appointment was that of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Tangiers Petroleum Ltd.
