The health, safety and wellbeing of Bannerman’s people, contractors, suppliers, visitors and host communities are a key value for the Company. Bannerman’s safety management system includes standards to guide all aspects of safety management at Bannerman’s operations in Namibia. Bannerman’s philosophy is that all personnel share the responsibility for a safe workplace. Bannerman’s safety performance is closely and carefully monitored by the Board and is a subject of standing item for each Board meeting. Bannerman’s Health and Safety Policy and systems are presently under independent review with the object to ensure continuing compliance and to improve health, safety and environmental practices. |
